Ellen L. Van Duzer, 64, of Wadsworth passed away Thursday January 15, 2015. She was born on January 8,1951 in Cleveland to the late Robert and Phyllis Flynn. Ellen was graduate of St. Augustine Academy in Lakewood, Class of 1969 a member of St. Hilary Catholic Church, was a member of Martha’s Cancer Support Group in Wadsworth and volunteered for the American Cancer Society Reach to Recovery.
Ellen was preceded in death by her husband David Van Duzer Jr. on May 24, 2007.
She is survived by her daughter Tiffany (Mary Hemminger) Noriega, grandsons Rickson and Ryan Noriega, granddaughters Sara and Elyse Hemminger, sister Sharon (Bill) Kovach of Brooklyn, OH and a host of extended family.
The family will receive friends 4-8pm Friday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am Saturday at St. Hilary Catholic Church, 2750 W. Market St., Fairlawn. Please meet at church.
Interment will be at a later date in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
