Thelma R. Vance, 99, of Wadsworth passed away Monday, March 15, 2010. She was born March 9, 1911 in Sherman, WV. to the late Daniel and Alva Bunner. She was a member of Wadsworth United Methodist Church and was a former 4-H Advisor.
Mrs. Vance was preceded in death by her husband Wayne in 1983 and son in-law John Olmsted.
She is survived by her daughter Dorothy Olmsted of Newport News, VA, son and daughter in law Donald and Lydia Vance of Wadsworth. There are ten grandchildren and many great grandchildren also surviving.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth with Rev. Jerry Penrod officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services from 10:00-11:00 am . Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donatioons may be made to The Salvation Army, 527 College St., Wadsworth, OH 44281
