Janet Elaine McCutcheon Warner, age 98, widow of Harvey Thomas Warner, passed away July 7, 2023 at Altercare Wadsworth.

Born to Norman and Edith Pontius McCutcheon in Kenmore, OH. Janet graduated from Akron City School of Nursing, served in the U. S. Cadet Nurses Corp, and retired from work as Surgical Nurse Supervisor at Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital.

The couple raised their family in Wadsworth where Janet was active in the United Methodist Church and many community organizations.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years and is survived by her children Gail Wolford of Richmond, KY, Lynn (John) Martin and Jeff (Debbie) Warner of Wadsworth, seven grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren.

Private interment will take place at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Wadsworth United Methodist Church.
