Obituary
William “Bill” W. Crumley, 82 passed away November 10, 2013. Born November 25, 1930 in Wadsworth, Ohio, to the late Thorald and Violet Crumley.
Mr. Crumley served in the US Navy on board the USS Kearsarge ship. He was a member of St. Marks Episcopal Church serving as Eucharistic Minister and the Vestry, a previous member of the Lions club, a member of the VFW Post 1089 and a 60 year member of Wadsworth Lodge #385 F&AM. He was in the Banking and Accounting industry until retiring. He enjoyed watching sports, especially baseball, golf and bowling. He had many hobbies, photography, wood working, reading history novels and spending time with family.
He was preceded in death by his brother James Crumley.
Bill is survived by his wife Bonnie Crumley (nee Lecky), of 57 years. Children Tamara( William ) Moorefield and Pamela (Philip) Stuecheli, grandchildren Michael (Mackenzie) Moorefield and Melissa Moorefield, sister in law, Clara Jo Crumley and brother in law Dean (Jacqueline) Lecky.
The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Sunday November 17, 2013 at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth. Funeral Services will be conducted 11 am Monday at St. Marks Episcopal Church, 146 College Street Wadsworth. Rev. Allan Belton will be officiating. Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National cemetery.
