Wadsworth –

Marion Wise, 93, of Wadsworth passed away Saturday, September 24, 2016. She was born on April 19, 1923 in Eilerslie, MD to the late Edgar and Pearl Shipe.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ray Wise, brothers Frank Shipe, Charles Shipe and sister Reba Robison.

Mrs. Wise is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law; Cortney and Janeen Wise, Clayton and Ann Wise, and Clifton and Kathy Wise, her grandchildren Cortney Wise Jr., Amy (Shawn) Kaminski, Melissa (Ervin) Marcum, Christie Wise and Caitlin Wise. There are 7 great grandchildren; Joshua Wise, Cortney Wise III, Brittany Kaminski, Brandon Kaminski, Cyle Marcum, Kimberly Marcum and Molly Marcum, three brothers; Lee Shipe, Clem (Margaret) Shipe, Jerry Shipe and two sisters, Louise McGee and Marlene (Roy) Kisor.

The family will receive friends 5-8 pm Wednesday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth where funeral services will be held at 11 am Thursday with Pastor Robin L. Hart officiating. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
