Marjorie J. Wiseman, 85, passed away April 28, 2011. Marjorie was born in 1925 to the late Harley and Ellen Hoff. She was a life-long member of Emanuel United Christian Church where she was a Sunday school treasurer, Church Secretary and Treasurer and member of the Consistory and taught Sunday school for 30 years. Marjorie was a retired Legal Secretary dedicating 60 years working with attorneys in Wadsworth and Barberton. She served as a Red Cross volunteer at Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital for over twenty years. She also enjoyed traveling. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gene in 1982, brother, Merle Hoff and sisters, Phyllis Brogan and Dorothy Todd. She is survived by her son, Jeffrey (Virginia) Wiseman, daughter, Melissa (Garry) Hageman; grandchildren, Hope and Claire Hageman, Zachary (Mary) Villers, Amy (Ron) Cope; great-grandchildren, Ronnie and Benjamin Cope, Bethany (Tim) Westerfield, Grace and Emily Villers; great-great grandchildren, Elaina Westerfield and Mason Cope; sister, Lois Dukes of Texas and brother, Harley Hoff, Jr., of Wadsworth Township. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 6th from 6-8 p.m. at The Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth where funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday. Interment will be at The Emanuel United Christian Church Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society, ALS Association of N.E. Ohio, Visiting Nurse Hospice or The Red Cross.
