Donald G. Yarman, Sr., 75, passed away unexpectedly December 8, 2014. He was born September 13, 1939 in Wadsworth to the late Harry and Jeanette Yarman.

A lifetime area resident, he retired from North American Roto Engravers after 30 years of service and his lifelong passion was farming. He was a member of Crossroads Assembly of God and the Farm Bureau.

Preceded in death by his wife Diane and brother Larry, he is survived by his children Debora (William Bannerman) Castle of Wadsworth, Denise Callaghan of Seven Hills and Donald Yarman, Jr. of Wadsworth; grandchildren Krystal Kay Castle, Lyndsay Mae (Anthony) Wansitler, Trina Ann and Trista Kay Yarman; great-grandchildren Layla Mae and Lucas Gideon Wansitler; siblings Dale, John (Brenda), Tim (Patti) and Becky Yarman; sister-in-law Ruth Yarman and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends Friday 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman Street in Wadsworth, where Rev. Mike Boggs will conduct the funeral service Saturday at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Crossroads Assembly of God, 10220 Wooster Pike, Creston, OH 44217.
