Obituary
God took our Angel, Tina Zidan, 50, of Doylestown back home on Sunday, August 25, 2013. She was born on February 6, 1963 in Aberdeen, South Dakota.
Mrs. Zidan was a graduate of Wadsworth High School Class of 1981 and was vice-president of Retirement First. She was active with Teen Moms, Springtime of Hope, and Youth for Christ. Tina always put others before herself. She would adopt families at Christmas, supported Habitat for Humanity and would often help the homeless. She not only gave of herself in life but also gave of herself in death by lovingly donating her organs to give 75 others a better quality of life. Tina knew that God was ready to call her home, she recently completely redid the family home hoping to bring the kids back home so the family was all under one roof. Tina was Katie’s best friend, Tyler’s rock and was John’s best friend, soul mate and his little angel. They broke the mold when they made Tina. When she knew her work was finished she sat in her favorite yellow couch by her Bible and went home to be with Jesus.
Tina is survived by her husband John with whom she celebrated 25 years of marriage, her beloved children Katie and Tyler, her parents Donald and June Fernholz of Wadsworth, brothers: Barry (Amy) Fernholz of Wadsworth, Donald Curtis (Michele) Fernholz of Sardis, MS and her loving dog Chomper.
The family will receive friends 4-8 pm Thursday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Friday at Northside Christian Church, 7615 Ridge Rd., Wadsworth with Pastor Robin L. Hart officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 6100 Rockside Woods, Suite #445 Independence OH 44131 or Lifebanc, 4775 Richmond Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44128-5919
